NOTE: Our minimum order or reorder is $25.00. An order or reorder that is less than $25.00 is subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

When placing an order, please use our codes folling this example: 1-4CSK-118, which represents one 4-color Super Klinge™ for use only with the 1/8" plastic frame (for thermal screen process).

Shipments are F.O.B. Corning, California, unless otherwise noted (Black Body Dryer and Standard Thermal Imager).

Shipping date is approximately 1-2 weeks after receipt of an Order.

Shipments are sent via UPS, with insurance charges and shipping costs added.

Damage or shipment claims must be made by telephone within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Workmanship on all items is guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase. If there is a problem, please phone for authorization to return the item to us for repair or replacement. Authorization is required for returns. Returns will be assessed a 10% restocking charge, and must be in good saleable condition.
