It is written: I believed; therefore I have spoken. With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak. (2 Cor 4:13 NIV)

We are called to speak what we believe so that in the hearing of the word those who listen will increase their faith.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Rom 10:17 NKJV)

It is time for us to know who we are in our Lord Jesus Christ. We need to take His Word for who we are. We need to believe Him. My suggestion to you is that you start reading scriptures over yourself and begin to accept who you are called to be. Build your faith in the promises of God by proclaiming His promises to you, out loud, to yourself, everyday.

The following scriptures have been personalized to show you how to read the promises of God so that you will begin to have faith in what He says about you. These are only examples. Take these scriptures and use them to get you started but search the Word of God to find those scriptures that God is impressing upon you. Then personalize them and read them to yourself everyday. I guarantee there will be a change in your life because God guarantees it.

So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isa 55:11 NIV)

I am covered by the Blood of Jesus and I abide in the secret place of the Most High, under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalms 91:1)

Your angels have charge over me and will keep me in all of my ways bearing me up lest I dash my foot against a stone (Psalms 91:9-12)

I have authority to trample serpents and scorpions and over all the powers of the enemy and NOTHING shall by any means hurt me. I will rejoice my name is written in the book of life. (Luke 10:19-20)

        they are.
  • Shield of Faith - My Faith in God's Supremacy in ALL situations.
  • Helmet of Salvation - My belief that I am SAVED by Jesus Christ.
  • Sword of the Spirit - Which is the WORD of God to be wielded in every situation.

    I am a son of the Most High God, Co heirs with Jesus (Romans 8:16-18)

    I am more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37)

    I have the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:16)

    I walk by the Spirit and my mind is controlled by the Spirit. (Gal 5:16 & Romans 8:6)

    Lord you have called me and are Faithful to sanctify my spirit, soul, and body and keep me blameless at your coming. (1 Thes 5:23-24)

    Lord you equip me with everything good to do your will. (Hebrews 13:21)

    I Thank you Lord God I belong to you and that you have chosen me to be part of your royal priesthood and a part of your Holy nation. (1 Peter 2:9)

    By God, I am Righteous through faith in Jesus the Christ. (Phil. 3:9)

    My prayers are powerful and effective because I am righteous. (James 5:16)

    Righteousness goes before me and prepares a way for my steps. (Psalms 85:13)

    No weapon forged against me will prevail. I will refute every word that accuses me. (Isaiah 54:17)

    I am an over comer because The ONE who is in me is greater than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

    As your chosen Child, Holy, and Dearly Loved I clothe myself with compassion, kindness, gentleness, and patience. (Colossians 3:12)

    I will not grieve for the JOY of the Lord is my Strength. (Neh 8:10)

    I will not be terrified because you God go before me and fight for me and you God carry me. (Duet. 1:29-30)
